Rowan’s excited! She was especially asked to be at the Middletown Pumpkin Fest. She was at her vendor stall on Saturday, September 21, meeting many of her young fans. The following day, Sunday, she hung out at the Puppy Kissing Booth with the Alliance of Therapy Dogs and the crew from Susquehanna Service Dogs at 11:00am.
Many people came out for a weekend of fun – vendors, bands, food, & dogs! What could be better? With so much to see and do, folks came for both days!! All three books in her Rowan Adventure Stories series, as well as coffee mugs, were sold, and lots of “Rowan swag”, such as pens, bookmarks, and erasers, were given away, too.

Rowan made her tour debut at this annual day to celebrate the Albatwitch, the little apple-thrower from Columbia, Pennsylvania. Although Rowan did not see an Albatwitch, she did meet many of her young fans and sell copies of her Rowan Adventure Stories books for children. She also gave away plenty of “Rowan swag” – bookmarks, pens, stickers, and magnets.
